Fibrelite in conjunction with System One have developed a range of testable FRP double walled sumps.
The double walled tank sump system has an interstitial space which can be monitored up to the interal lid using a low vacuum.
The double walled dispenser sump has also been designed to be continuously monitored with a low vacuum.
These systems are currently been trialled by Shell Oil USA, to comply with stricter environmental regulations in the USA.

In 2002, we launched a new flat sealed rectangular composite cover with an internal clear opening of 1400mm x 720mm.
It has a lightweight aluminium frame.

The cover is currently being installed by the Global Alliance.

Fibrelite are launching a new 300mm (12") dia. watertight flat sealed cover in October at The NACS SHOW in Las Vegas.
The FL120 has primarily been designed for remote fill points, monitoring wells and vents. The FL120 is also an ideal product for the steam industry.

The Excel range of dispenser sumps (1170mm x 660mm) have been designed to fit any make and model of dispenser, by using a special adjustable attachment system to the base of the dispenser. It is available in two sizes 750mm(30") and 510mm(20") deep. A small well has been designed into the base of the chamber to collect any fluid spills to aid quicker leak detection. The top of the sump has been designed with a finished tiled effect and comes complete with an integral moulded waterguard. A UL approved shear rail is available for pressure systems.
Chambers are vacuum testable using our Sherlock Vacuum Testing System to ensure total containment.
