To support and encourage the adoption of a health & safety ethos within our company culture, Fibrelite has developed a Health & Safety Charter.

Our Safety First advertising campaign was launched at the end of 2003.

Health & Safety Charter
Reducing risk, protecting people

I am responsible to assess the risks involved from all work activities.

I am committed to use the correct safety equipment suitable for the work activity and I will check that it is in good condition before I begin a task.

I agree not to begin a task unless I have received adequate training to ensure my safety.

I am responsible for my own safety and colleague's safety whilst working in the factory and on a building site.

I commit to do everything in my power to prevent unsafe practices at work and will never knowingly walk past an unsafe situation.

I am committed to the principal that all accidents are preventable.

Nothing is so important that time cannot be taken to complete a job safely.
